Sometimes just a conversation with someone who knows what it's like to be a pilot can help take your peace and power back.

Pilot‘s job is a constant challenge

with multiple pressures applied and difficulties to be solved every day – both, on personal and professional levels. We understand that you are not superhumans, and huge responsibility and many stressors of you job combined with personal challenges can sometimes lead to crises when you might want not only a bit of good rest, but some emotional support as well.

That is why, Klasjet following best practices and EASA requirements, launched its Pilots Peer Support Program. We have always been promoting non-punitive Just culture where everyone is encouraged to speak up and solve problems in proactive, yet confidential manner. This Program is bringing this concept one step further by creating a safe zone where pilots can confidentially seek help and emotional support from their trained peers, and if needed, get further mental health support from experts.

The Peer Support Program

corresponds to the highest professional and medical standards and functions under conditions of strict confidentiality. Experts with psychological backgrounds and substantial aviation experience supervise the entire process.
