Sometimes just a conversation

with someone who knows what it's like to be a pilot can help take your peace and power back.

Life is rarely without its Challenges.

Most of them can be resolved before they become a problem simply by talking to someone who is a good listener and knows what it’s like to be a pilot. The Peer Support Program is designed to help you relieve your burden by talking to a peer and sharing the load. Our dedicated peers are all pilots just like you who realize exactly what living a pilot life means. They are willing to lend an ear for you and give support without passing judgment. They will not blame or criticize but be there for you in one of those challenging moments we all sometimes have.

The Peer Support Program

corresponds to the highest professional and medical standards and functions under conditions of strict confidentiality. Experts with psychological backgrounds and substantial aviation experience supervise the entire process.
